When your envelope ships
We mail every envelope in a single batch the last week of every month. If you subscribe before the
20th of the month, your first envelope ships in that month's batch. Subscribe after the 20th and your first envelope
goes out with the following month's batch — we'll email a confirmation either way so you know what to expect.

One batch a month. We deliberately don't ship daily — printing in small batches keeps the quality
high and the prices low. Thanks for your patience with the rhythm.

Where we ship
We currently ship throughout the United States — all 50 states, the District of Columbia,
and U.S. territories. We're proud to also ship to APO / FPO addresses for our military families,
with the same free shipping and the same delivery rhythm (USPS routes the rest).
International shipping is on the roadmap but not live yet. If you're outside the U.S. and would like
an envelope, write us at info@thefruitfulpost.com with your country —
when we open international shipping, we'll prioritize the countries our subscribers actually want.

How we ship & what it costs
Envelopes ship via USPS First-Class Mail in a real paper envelope (no shrink-wrap, no
plastic mailers, no "Do Not Bend" stickers — just a letter the way letters used to look). Typical delivery is
3 to 7 business days after we ship, depending on where you are.
Shipping is free on every plan, every month. No order minimums, no thresholds, no upgraded-tier
upcharge. Free shipping is built into every subscription tier we sell.
We don't currently offer expedited shipping for subscription envelopes — the small-batch, end-of-month rhythm is
intentional and part of what keeps us sustainable.
IVAddress changes
Moving? Changing your address?
Update your shipping address in your account dashboard — or email us at
info@thefruitfulpost.com. To make sure the next envelope goes to
the new address, please update before the 20th of the month.
If you update after the 20th and the envelope is already on its way, USPS forwarding usually catches it (you'll
want to have a forwarding order set up with the post office). If it doesn't catch it, write us within 30 days and
we'll do our best to make it right — usually that means a replacement at our cost or a discount on the next month's envelope.
VDamaged / missing
If your envelope is damaged or doesn't arrive
The post office is the post office. Sometimes envelopes show up torn, soaked, addressed to the wrong unit, or
never show up at all. When that happens:
- Email info@thefruitfulpost.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- Give us your subscriber name and the month the envelope was for.
- If it's damaged, a quick photo helps us just see what happened.
- We'll ship a replacement at no charge, usually within a week.

VIHolidays & delays
Holidays, weather, and the occasional delay
We try to ship on the same week every month, but the post office sometimes runs slower around holidays
(Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th) and during severe weather. If a batch is delayed by more than a couple of
business days, we'll email every affected subscriber with a heads-up and a revised ship date.
Our promise: we will never silently let an envelope slip without telling you. If you ever have to ask "where is
it?", we've already failed. Email us anytime — it's the fastest way to a real human at our end.
