IWho we are
The data controller
This Privacy Policy describes how Bibles & Coffee LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares
information about you in connection with The Fruitful Post — our subscription service, website, members community, and
any related communications. We are based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and we operate under the laws of the United States.
For privacy questions or requests, write us at
info@thefruitfulpost.com. A real human will read every email.
IIWhat we collect
The information we collect
We try to collect only what we need. Here's the full list, what it's for, and how long we keep it:
| Category | What it includes | Why we collect it |
| Identity |
First & last name |
To address envelopes and welcome you in the community |
| Contact |
Mailing address, email, optionally phone |
To ship the envelope, send subscription receipts & updates |
| Payment |
Card brand & last 4 digits, billing zip; full card details are tokenized by Stripe |
To process subscription charges |
| Subscription |
Plan tier, sign-up date, renewal date, billing history |
To run your account & honor what you paid for |
| Community |
Posts, prayer requests, comments, reactions, profile bio & photo |
So sisters can find & encourage one another |
| Site usage |
Aggregate page views, device type, referrer; no third-party retargeting pixels |
To diagnose errors and understand which pages help |
We do not collect race, religion (beyond the obvious context of subscribing to a Christian community),
sexual orientation, biometrics, precise location data, or anything else outside the categories above.
IIIHow we use it
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Fulfill your subscription — print, address, and ship every envelope to your door.
- Charge your card on schedule and email receipts & renewal reminders.
- Run the private community — verify membership, display your posts, send activity notifications.
- Send infrequent service updates (a delay, a recall, a major site change). We send these to all active subscribers regardless of marketing preferences because they affect your subscription directly.
- Send our marketing emails — only if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe with one click.
- Diagnose technical issues and improve the site.
We will never use your information to train AI models, run targeted advertising, or build behavioral profiles.
That's not why we're here.
IVWho we share with
Who sees your information
We share your information only with service providers we need to run the subscription. Each one sees only what they
need to do their specific job:
- Stripe — processes subscription payments. Receives your name, billing address, email, and card data (tokenized).
- Klaviyo — sends our transactional & marketing email. Receives your name, email, and subscription status.
- Skool — hosts our private community. Receives your name, email, and the content you post there.
- USPS & printing partners — receive your shipping address and the contents of the envelope to print and deliver it.
- Hosting & analytics — basic site infrastructure. Receives anonymized usage data only.
We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers,
data brokers, or other publishers. The only other circumstance under which we'd disclose your information is if a
valid court order legally required it — and even then, we'd notify you first if we were allowed to.
If we ever sell or merge the company: your information could transfer with it, but only under the
same protections you have today. We'd email you in advance.
VCookies
Cookies, pixels & tracking
We use a handful of essential cookies — for keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and
keeping the site working. You can't really opt out of these without breaking the site, but they don't track you
across other websites.
We use a single privacy-respecting analytics tool (currently Plausible) that gives us aggregate
page-view counts. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track individuals, and doesn't share data with anyone else.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads pixels, TikTok pixels, or any other third-party retargeting
/ advertising tracker. If you block cookies entirely, the site still works — you just won't stay signed in across visits.
VIHow long we keep it
Retention
We keep your account data for as long as you have an active subscription, plus a reasonable period after you cancel
so you can reactivate without re-entering everything. Specifically:
- Active subscribers: we keep everything for as long as you're with us.
- After you cancel: we keep your account info for 24 months. After that, it's deleted automatically unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Billing records: we retain receipts and invoices for 7 years to comply with tax law (this is required of us, not a preference).
- Community posts: stay visible to other members until you delete them; you can delete any post at any time.
VIIYour rights
Your rights & how to exercise them
You can ask us to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your account and personal information (we'll honor this except where law requires us to keep records — e.g. billing).
- Export your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt out of marketing emails (every email has a one-click unsubscribe link).
To exercise any of these, email info@thefruitfulpost.com with the
subject "Privacy request" and a brief description of what you'd like. We aim to respond within 7 days, and always
within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity (usually just by replying from the email on your account) before
making big changes like deletion.
If you're located in California, the EU, or the UK, you may have additional rights under your local laws (CCPA, GDPR,
UK GDPR). All of those rights are available to every Fruitful Post subscriber regardless of location — we don't
gatekeep based on jurisdiction.
VIIIThe fine print
Children, security & changes
Children. The Fruitful Post is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information
from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Security. We use industry-standard practices to keep your data safe — encrypted connections (HTTPS),
encrypted storage, access controls so only the people who need data can see it. No system is bulletproof, but we take
this seriously and would notify you promptly if a breach affected your data.
Changes to this Policy. If we update this Policy in any meaningful way, we'll email every
active subscriber with a summary of what changed before the new version takes effect. We'll also update the
"Last updated" date at the top of this page.
