IThe basics
Who we are & what this is
"The Fruitful Post" (also "we," "us," "our") is a monthly mail subscription operated by
Bibles & Coffee LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company headquartered in Murfreesboro.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thefruitfulpost.com,
any associated subdomains, the private members community, and the physical envelope subscription itself.
By subscribing or creating an account, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old, that the information you provide
is accurate, and that you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't subscribe — and we appreciate you
reading them anyway.
IIYour account
Subscriptions, accounts, & billing
We offer three subscription tiers — Monthly, Six Months prepaid, and Twelve Months prepaid — each described in detail
on the Subscribe page. Pricing, contents, and benefits are accurate
as of the date you subscribe; we'll never raise the price on a plan you've already paid for, even if we update pricing later.
You're responsible for keeping your account information current — billing details, shipping address, email. If we can't
deliver an envelope because the address on file is wrong, we'll do our best to reach you, but we can't guarantee a
replacement at no charge.
Auto-renewal. Monthly plans renew on the same calendar day each month until you cancel.
Prepaid plans (6 / 12 months) auto-renew at the end of their term. We always email you about a week before any
renewal charge so there are no surprises.
IIICancellation
Cancelling, refunds & replacements
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing us. The full details — including refund eligibility
for prepaid terms, replacement policy for damaged envelopes, and gift-subscription handling — live on the
Returns & cancellation page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In short: monthly is non-refundable for past months, prepaid plans are non-refundable but every envelope ships through
the end of your term, damaged or missing envelopes get free replacements within 30 days of expected delivery, and we don't auto-renew silently.
IVCommunity conduct
How we keep the community kind
Subscribers get free access to the private Fruitful Post community. The space is intentionally small, moderated, and
women-only. To keep it the kind of place we'd actually want to spend time in, we ask that you:
- Speak as a sister, not as a stranger. Disagree gently. Pursue understanding before correction.
- Don't promote MLMs, partisan political campaigns, or third-party products / services without prior approval.
- Don't share other members' content, prayer requests, or personal stories outside the community without permission.
- Don't impersonate, harass, or threaten anyone — full stop.
We reserve the right to remove posts, mute, or terminate accounts that don't follow these guidelines, including
without refund where the violation is serious. Most issues are resolved with a quiet word; we save terminations for
cases where they're actually needed.
VIntellectual property
What you can do with our work
The monthly letters, scripture art prints, stickers, bookmarks, Biblical Tidbits, and any other content we ship
or publish are the copyrighted work of Bibles & Coffee LLC and our contributing artists. Your subscription gives
you a personal, non-transferable license to enjoy them — frame them, share photos of them on social media,
gift the physical pieces to a friend.
It does not give you the right to scan / digitize and resell the prints, mass-reproduce stickers,
re-publish the Biblical Tidbits, or create derivative merch for sale. If you'd like to reference our work in a
ministry context (a Bible study, a podcast, a small business gift), just write us — we say yes more often than no.
Anything you post in the community (prayer requests, comments, photos) stays yours. By posting, you grant us
a limited license to display it within the community and to reshare it (with your name attached) only with your
explicit permission.
VIPrivacy
Your information
We collect what we need to ship envelopes and run the community, and we don't sell your data. The full details —
what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to delete it — are in the
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
VIIThe legal bits
Disclaimers, liability & disputes
We do our best to make beautiful, useful things and to ship them on time. We can't guarantee perfection — printers
misprint, post offices misroute, software has bad days. The service is provided "as is" and
"as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising
from your subscription is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute
arising under them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee, and you
and we both consent to that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory law that we
cannot lawfully waive.
VIIIChanges & contact
When these change, you'll know
We may update these Terms from time to time — to clarify language, comply with new laws, or reflect new services.
When we do, we'll email every active subscriber with a summary of what changed and the date the new
version takes effect. We'll also update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service
after that date counts as your agreement to the new Terms.
Questions about these Terms, or anything else? Write us — see below.
