Cancelling your subscription
Cancel anytime. There's a cancel button right inside your account dashboard — sign in, click it, you're done. If you'd rather have us handle it, email info@thefruitfulpost.com with the address the envelopes ship to and we'll close the loop within one business day.
Monthly plan. When you cancel, future months stop billing immediately. The current month's envelope (if it's already shipped or in production) still goes out — you don't lose anything you've paid for.
Prepaid plans (6 months / 12 months). You'll keep receiving envelopes for the full term you paid for. Cancellation just stops the auto-renewal at the end of the term. See "Refunds" below for partial-refund options on prepaid terms.
