Getting started

Welcome in. The community is the place where the women who subscribe to The Fruitful Post each month gather online — to pray for each other, to talk through hard things, and to not walk this alone.

How do I get in?

If you have an active subscription to The Fruitful Post, your account already has access. Sign in from the wax seal in the top-right of any page. If you're not seeing the community, email us and we'll sort it out.

What's the right place to post?

Use the Prayer Wall when you want sisters praying for something, or to share a praise with the whole community. Use a Group when the thing you want to talk about fits a specific season — younger moms, wives, single & with Jesus, marketplace women, and so on.

The shortcut: Wall = "please pray." Groups = "let's talk."
II

The Prayer Wall

How do I post a prayer or a praise?

From the Prayer Wall, click Share a prayer request or Share a praise report in the composer at the top. Write what's on your heart, set whether it's a prayer or a praise, and post. You can also post anonymously if it's something tender — only the moderators see who posted.

Can I save a post to come back to?

Tap the bookmark icon on any post. Your saved posts live in My Spaces → Saved on the left rail of the Prayer Wall.

Can I follow a specific sister?

Yes — tap her name on a post to open her profile, then tap follow. Posts from the women you follow show up in My Spaces → Following.

What does "Praying" do?

Tapping Praying on a post tells the original poster that you're praying for them. They get a notification — it's a small thing that lands big.

III

Groups

How do I join a group?

From Groups, browse by category, open the one that fits, and tap Join group in the top-right of the group page. Once you've joined, the group shows up at the top of the Groups page under My Groups.

How do I start a thread?

Inside any group you've joined, the Start a conversation composer sits at the top. Give your thread a clear title (100 characters max — keeps things punchy), write the body, pick whether it's a Discussion, Question, or Resource, and post.

How do I open a thread?

Click the title, the body, the replies count, or the Open thread → link in the bottom-right of any thread card. All four open the same thread view.

Can I propose a new group?

Yes — click Propose a group in the stats row at the top of the Groups page. Tell us the group's name, who it's for, and why it matters. We read every proposal.

What's "Show Me Your Mail"?

A group where members post photos of how they're using the month's envelope in real life — the verse card on the fridge, the candle on the morning Bible. It's the only group on the platform where photos are part of the rhythm.

IV

Profile & stamps

How do I edit my profile?

Click your initials in the top-right of any community page to land on your profile, then click Edit. A floating Save bar follows you down the page, so you don't have to scroll up to save. Changes feel like they autosave — they don't yet, but they will when this is wired to the backend.

How do I upload a profile photo?

On the edit screen, click the camera icon over your avatar. JPG, PNG, or WEBP, under 5MB. If you'd rather not upload one, we'll auto-pick a warm color from the palette based on your name.

What are the stamps on my Passport?

The Passport is a postage-stamp-style record of how you've shown up in the community. Some stamps are for tenure (First Fruits, Anniversary), some for showing up faithfully (Welcomer, Prayer Warrior, The Encourager), some for specific things you do (First Prayer, Show Your Mail). Hover any stamp on the Passport to see exactly how to earn it.

What's the "Submit proof" button on a stamp?

A few stamps require us to verify them manually — for example, The Visitor is earned by visiting the Bibles & Coffee Cafe in Murfreesboro. Click Submit proof, attach a photo, and we'll review it within a week.

V

Notifications

How do I see my notifications?

Click the bell icon in the top-right of any community page. The dropdown shows what's new — replies to your prayers, sisters praying for your week, waves from new members, group activity, and shipment updates.

Can I filter to just unread?

Yes — at the bottom of the notifications dropdown, tap the Unread pill to see only what you haven't read yet. Tap All to go back to everything.

What does "waving back" do?

When a member waves at you, you'll see a Wave back button in the notification. Tap it to send a wave in return — it's the gentle hello that opens the door to a conversation.

VI

Subscription & billing

Where do I manage my subscription?

On your profile, scroll to the Your subscription panel. You'll see your plan, next charge date, next ship date, and payment method. Use the buttons there to update payment, change plan, or pause/cancel.

How do I update my shipping address?

Go to your profile and click the Update shipping address button in the subscription panel. That opens your Stripe account page where you can update your address directly — no email needed, changes take effect immediately.

How does cancellation work?

Cancel from the subscription panel. We honor the rest of your current period — you'll keep getting envelopes through the date shown — and we always offer to pause for 1, 2, or 3 months before you cancel, in case the season just calls for a break. Read the full Returns & Cancellation policy for the details.

Damaged envelope or never arrived?

Email us with what arrived (or didn't) and we'll send a replacement at no charge. See the shipping policy for the full window.

VII

Safety & reporting

What if a post or thread feels off?

Tap the small flag icon on any post or thread. Pick a reason — inappropriate language, too political, off-topic, or personal attack — and we review it. Two flags from different members auto-hides the post from the public feed and sends it straight to our moderation queue.

What about anonymous posts?

Anonymous posting is welcome on the Prayer Wall — toggle Post anonymously in the composer modal. Other members won't see your name or photo. Leaders and moderators still can, so we can gently follow up if something's serious.

How do I report a bug or something not working?

Click the peach Send feedback button anchored bottom-right of every community page. You can write what's going on and attach a screenshot. Mike reads these within the day.

The Community Guidelines

Our community guidelines say in plain language how we treat each other in here. They're short. Worth reading once.

Still stuck?

Write us. A real person will answer.

We're a small team in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. We don't outsource customer support, and we don't run our replies through chat-bots. If you write us, Jackie or Mike will read it themselves — usually within a day.

Fruit that lasts.
